We have a standard range of single acting hydraulic cylinders and double acting hydraulic cylinders in stock, which can be supplied to you on a next day delivery service. We have created a limited range of hydraulic cylinders in a basic design that can be used for a wide range of applications. We currently have three different bore and rod combinations in various different lengths (see below for further details). This range was developed and stocked to enable WCE to provide a very quick turnaround offering a next day delivery service. These cylinders can also be used as a single acting cylinder BUT the port that is not in use must be fitted with a vented breather.

TUBE: All tubes manufactured from ready to use smooth bore, EN10305-2 specification, E355 steel grade.
ROD: All rods manufacture from either CK45 (EN8) or 20MnV6 (EN14) pre- chromed bar.
PISTON: Mild Steel ~ 070M20
GLAND NUT: Cast Iron ~ EN1561 GJL250
All double acting cylinders are pressure tested on a purpose: built rig to a pressure of 241 bar (3500 psi) and then stamped with part, job, & serial numbers, weight, manufacture date and max w/pressure for full identification.
