Multi-Stage Telescopic Cylinders - Commercial Application | Wye Cylinder

These multi-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinders (commercial tipping cylinders) are typically used on small to medium-sized commercial tipping vehicles/road going tipping trailer applications and typically range between 2 tonne – 21 tonne lifting capacity in 2 to 5 stages. With our telescopic hydraulic cylinders you can choose from three different bore sizes and five length variations in each size. Bearing rings fitted to all stages to give maximum internal support whilst extending through all stages.
Bearing rings: fitted to all stages to give full support to the rod seal.

ROD:–: All rods are hard chrome plated.

ALL TELESCOPIC HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS/ COMMERCIAL TIPPING CYLINDERS ARE PRESSURE TESTED ON A PURPOSE-BUILT RIG TO A PRESSURE OF 241 BAR (3500 PSI) AND THEN STAMPED WITH PART, JOB, & SERIAL NUMBERS, WEIGHT, MANUFACTURE DATE AND MAX W/PRESSURE FOR FULL IDENTIFICATION. ALL TONNAGES CALCULATED AT 2610 PSI (180 BAR).
